Sorry for the silence. Haha. Anyways, a few days ago, we had our session on Mary and Marian hymns. We got a cozy number of people turning up and discussed about what we thought about the role of Mary in our faith, especially in the context of certain familiar hymns.

hey folks!
today (28th sept 2009) we had a session on "scriptural journey with God through music" and we kinda tried to link up the songs we are singing to scriptures through abit of reflection and stuff! hope everyone who attended gain some useful insights from it and enjoyed the session! =)

HELLO everyone!!
The notes for tomorrow's session are out. Feel free to upload them beforehand if you want to take a look first. We'll be printing them for you guys, though.
I've also uploaded the NRSV translation of Psalm 22. It's a long psalm, so I didn't include it in the session notes. We won't be providing that either!

Hello my fellow CSS mates!
MM will be having our first official session this Monday, the 14th of September!
The topic will be on Mass, since we do believe that it is the highest form of worship. We'll try to make the session a little different, so that even those who have attended session on the mass before will be able to take a little away from it.
We will be meeting at 6.15pm in one of the seminar rooms in the School of Design and Environment. Those who do not know how to make their way there can meet one of our comm members (Abel, Matthew, Shimon, or Jess) at Macs at 6pm.
In addition to the input session on the Mass, we'll be having our first Choir practice too! For this week, we will be doing the parts of mass so that we can sing together for campus masses on Fridays. In subsequent sessions, we'll be learning at least one additional hymn in parts.
